WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Most of the items in our shop are made to order items. It takes about a week to build and ship an order. Ready stock items from our ‘One design, One piece collections’ takes about 2-3 days to ship. Custom decors, name signs typically take 2-3 weeks. Please feel free to reach out as well if you have any questions.

WHY DO CUSTOM DECORS & NAME SIGNS TAKE LONG TO SHIP?

Custom decors and name signs may take longer to ship for several reasons:

Made-to-Order: Custom name signs are usually made specifically for each customer and are not pre-manufactured. This process takes time as each sign is crafted by hand to meet the customer’s specifications.

Personalization: The personalization process, including creating the design, cutting, sanding, and painting, also adds to the lead time.

Quality Control: We may take extra time to ensure the highest quality of the product before it is shipped. This includes thorough inspections and any necessary touch-ups.

Shipping: Shipping time also contributes to the overall lead time. Depending upon the customer location, you may need to allow extra time for transit.

Overall, the lead time for custom name signs reflects the care and attention given to each product to ensure its quality and uniqueness.

We do accept returns and exchanges, however, the customer is responsible for the shipping. We will do our best before the order being completed to make sure any questions are answered and that you know what to expect when your order arrives. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after an item has been delivered. Used items will not receive refunds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns.

Custom Orders with Names, Engravings, Monograms, Custom Colors, and Custom Sizing are Final Sales.

HOW DO I CARE FOR & MAINTAIN MY WOOD TRAY PRODUCTS?

If using as a decor, then you do not need any maintenance. Avoid placing them in water or near extreme heat or cold. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR & MAINTAIN OUR WOOD DECOR PRODUCTS?

Decor wood products do not need any maintenance. It has already been finished and sealed with Beeswax, mineral oil or PU finish. Avoid placing them in water or near extreme heat or cold. 

ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUNDABLE?

No, due to the nature of the products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided for Digital Products.
