FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature and delivery of digital products we cannot offer refunds on any digital plan purchases. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email from us. The email should arrive within 30 minutes in your Inbox. That email has will contain a link for the download. Sometimes the email can get stuck in the spam folder so be sure to check that.
You can also create a customer account to access your digital downloads. Create an account during check-out. Log in to your customer account after payment is processed to download your item(s).

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For physical products, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You can request a cancellation if your order has not been shipped yet. We will send you a email notification immediately after an item is shipped.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders. All ready to ship items or pieces on sale are final sales as well.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (and shipping back in the event of an exchange).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Used items will not receive refunds.
Restocking fee is 10% on returns. Once the item is received, we will process the refund, less the original shipping fees.
ADDRESS CHANGES: If the product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping charges or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.
FREIGHT CARRIER SHIPPING: If your received order shipped via freight truck has visible damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was received in perfect condition’.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
